Have you ever felt like giving up? I have. Often. Too much going on, too much to handle, too much to wrap your arms around. These moments, when you’re going through it, feels interminable…
Fear can make us impenetrable. It’s the journey of delving into the deeper layers our external fears point to that counts. Moving into the deeper spaces in ourselves that we don’t want to penetrate because we’re unsure of what we’ll find.

When I hear the words “family spirit” so many, many thoughts crowd into my mind. “Family Spirit” is a concept that includes so many things that it is hard to include them all here.
