Painting of Jesus and Mary Magdalene

Lord, You Make All Things New and Fill Them With Life!

(John 20:1-20)
Easter time brings us yet another opportunity to celebrate the beauty of that saving action of Christ for us in His Resurrection from the dead.  Following Jesus’ horrific experience on Calvary, we behold once again the beautifully transformed body of our Savior.  Jesus gives Mary Magdalene and us a glimpse into what our own future will be like when we are ready to join Him in heaven.  We stand in awe at the sight of our Savior and our God and we thank Him again and again for this GIFT of our salvation.
