A Year of Blessings
“May the Sacred Heart be your refuge and may He bless you.”
Venerable Mother Luisita
We give thanks to God for the abundant blessings that have accompanied us throughout this past year. The year 2025 has been filled with grace, growth, and countless reasons for gratitude.
This year, the Lord continued to bless our community with His enduring faithfulness. We welcomed five new candidates, two postulants, and celebrated with three novices as they received their religious names. Two sisters made their perpetual profession of vows, becoming lifelong members of our institute. We honored ten sisters for their jubilees—25, 50, 60, 70, and 75 years of consecrated life—and entrusted two dear sisters to the Lord as He called them to their eternal reward. These milestones form the beautiful rhythm of God’s grace, carrying us forward in hope and fidelity.
Between these “big moments,” the quiet work of God continues in the ordinary patterns of daily life. Each sister’s daily “fiat”—her yes to God in both the hidden and the visible—creates the fertile soil where His love takes root and bears fruit. Through every season, His providence precedes us and accompanies us. There is much to give thanks for, much to hope for, and unwavering confidence that God draws good from all things.
As we look toward the year’s end, we invite you to consider supporting our Carmelite community in a special way. Your generosity directly sustains the daily life and mission of our sisters—our prayer, our service to the Church, and our care for one another from the youngest in formation to our elder sisters who have poured out their lives in love. If the Lord places it on your heart to make an end-of-year gift, please know that your support becomes part of the quiet work of grace unfolding within these walls. We are deeply grateful, and we hold you in our prayers with heartfelt thanksgiving.
