Lent is a sacred time of renewal – a journey of prayer, penance and ultimately a deeper union with God. In this Jubilee Year of Hope, the Carmelite Sisters invite you to walk this Lenten path with us, drawing from the rich well of Carmelite Spirituality. Each week, one of our Sisters will share a reflection to help you enter more fully into the mysterious graces hidden in this holy season.

As daughters of St. Teresa of Avila and St. John of the Cross, we know that the journey to Easter is not only one of sacrifice but also of profound hope. Through silence, contemplation and joyful trust in God’s providence, Lent becomes a season of profound transformation – a time to surrender more completely to His love. Together, let us embrace this season with open hearts, allowing the Lord to lead us, step by step and day by day, toward the light and joy of the Resurrection
